What format are your books?
Books you get directly from Kazabo.com are all unencrypted epub files using social DRM. This means that you can read them on any device. Kazabo books you bought from other vendors, e.g. Amazon, will use that vendor’s standard encryption.
What is Social DRM?
Social DRM is a way of encoding identifying information like your name and email address into your ebook. It’s sort of like a digital book plate that says “This ebook is the property of . . .” But, unlike Kindle or Adobe, the books themselves are unencrypted so they can be read on any device.
